Uptitek enable law firms and lawyers easily manage clients, log cases in real time, generate real-time legal-services reports, monitor fees status, and more. This Privacy Policy describes Uptitek’s policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in connection with your use of our Services and through other interactions and communications you have with us. These policies apply to persons anywhere in the world who use our Services to manage law-office work and legal clients. Whenever you use our Services, you consent to the collection, storage, transfer, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This includes any information you choose to provide that is deemed sensitive under applicable law. In order to continue to improve your experience on Uptitek at all times, we may need access to certain data on your mobile phone, PC, tablet, or other applicable devices. 1. What information do we collect about you?

When you purchase our products: Purchasing Uptitek products or services, we may also collect billing and transactional information.

When using Uptitek products and services: In connection with using certain Uptitek products and services, we may automatically collect certain data relating to the performance and configuration of the Uptitek products and services, our customer’s and their end-users consumption of and interaction of such products and services (“Usage Data”). Usage Data is generally technical information obtained from product software or systems hosting the services, devices accessing these products and services and/or log files generated during such use which typically does not directly identify an end-user.

Through our Customers: In the course of using our products and services, our customers and their end-users may submit or upload information to Uptitek's services for hosting or storage. This customer content is processed by Uptitek on behalf of the customer. Our privacy practices will be governed by the contract that we have in place with our customers and this Privacy Policy will not apply to any personal information contained in such customer content. In accordance with such terms, Uptitek will process such customer content for the purposes of providing the relevant Uptitek services and in accordance with our customer's instructions.

If you have any questions or concerns about how such information is handled, you should contact the person or entity who has contracted with Uptitek to use the Uptitek service to host or process this information (e.g. your employer). We will provide assistance to our customers to address any concerns you may have in accordance with the terms of our contract with them.

2. How will we use the information we collect?

Uptitek Family of Companies: We may share your information with our parent companies, subsidiaries and/or affiliates. Partners: We may provide your information to our channel partners, such as distributors and resellers, to fulfil product and information requests, to effectively deliver unified support, and to provide customers and prospective customers with information about Uptitek and its products and services.

From time to time, Uptitek may engage in joint sales or product promotions with selected business partners. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product, promotion or service, we may share relevant Personal Information with those partners.

Please be aware that Uptitek does not control our business partners’ use of such information. Additional Rights for the EEA and Certain Other Territories: : If you reside in certain territories (such as the European Economic Area), you may have the right to exercise certain privacy rights available to you under applicable laws. We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may need to retain certain information for record-keeping purposes and/or to complete transactions that you began prior to requesting any deletion.

Uptitek has no direct relationship with our clients’ customers or third-party who’s Personal Information it may process on behalf of a Client. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, delete inaccurate data or withdraw consent for further contact should direct his or her query to our client company they deal with directly.

If our client requests Uptitek to remove the data, we will respond to its request within thirty (30) days. We will delete, amend or block access to any Personal Information that we are storing only if we receive a written request to do so from our client who is responsible for such Personal Information; unless we have a legal right to retain such Personal Information. We reserve the right to retain a copy of such data for archiving purposes, or to defend our rights in litigation.

6. How long we retain your information?

We will retain personal information we collect from you where we have a justifiable business need to do so and/or for as long as is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, legal, accounting or other purposes). 8. Children

Our Website, products, and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at contactus@uptitek.com If we become aware that an individual under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. In the cause of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the courts of England.

9. Sensitive Information

We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive personal information (defined to include: Social Security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the Site or otherwise to us.

10. Blogs and Social Media

Our website includes social media features, such as Facebook Like button — and widgets such as the Share button.
